Off-campus facilities

As part of their clinical training, students will learn nursing skills tailored to a variety of subjects through close collaboration and cooperation at various facilities responsible for local health, medical care, and welfare.
We have secured 77 training facilities (as of April 1, 2022), including Hyogo Medical University Hospital, general hospitals that practice advanced medical care, and visiting nurse stations that are closely connected to the local community, to provide a rich training environment. Many of the facilities are located within an hour's distance from the university, mainly in Hyogo Prefecture, so students can have time to prepare and review during their training period.
Clinical training is a unique and essential educational method in nursing education. Each nursing training is a subject that integrates theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge in the field of nursing. The purpose is to practice the nursing knowledge, skills, and attitudes learned in lectures and exercises in the field with people of all health levels and developmental stages living in various places, and to acquire the foundation for high-quality nursing practice ability.
