About the IR Office (Institutional Research)
University education is based on three policies (diploma policy, curriculum policy, and admission policy), and educational activities must be continuously inspected and evaluated through internal quality assurance. When inspecting and evaluating educational and research activities, the IR Office works with relevant departments and education-related committees within the university to conduct data- and evidence-based examinations based on the three policies and the assessment policy, collects and analyzes information on educational and research activities, and provides information that contributes to the improvement of educational and research activities. Specifically, we systematically and chronologically collect and accumulate information on education, student life, career information (employment data), and graduate achievements that have been accumulated by each department within the university, grasp and analyze the consistent learning outcomes (outcomes) of students from admission to graduation, and use them to improve educational and research activities and organizational management, thereby supporting the appropriate operation of the internal quality assurance system.
