Handling of intellectual property
We have established the "Hyogo College of Medicine Intellectual Property Policy" and are actively creating, protecting, and utilizing intellectual property obtained through education, research, and medical activities as an organization. We aim to promote the "intellectual creation cycle" that creates new research vitality by returning the intellectual property we create to society through industry-government-academia collaboration activities.
About Seeds Collection
We select from a collection of research seeds for the university and post them with additional information for industry and academia.
Licensing process

Notification of inventions, etc.
When an invention is made, researchers at this university must obtain an "Invention Notification Form" from the university's website and submit it.

"Tangible results" refers to reagents, samples, materials, and laboratory animals obtained during or as a result of research. The University will proactively and appropriately provide tangible results and promote their use in research or industry.
