Hyogo Medical University 2025 Body Donation Registration
This year, our university will begin accepting body donation registrations by phone from Monday, June 2nd.
If you would like to register, please read the following points and contact the university. Please note that we do not distribute documents at the office.
1. Conditions for body donation registration
Area: In principle, people living in all of Hyogo Prefecture and neighboring areas including parts of Osaka Prefecture and Kyoto Prefecture
Age: 20 years or older
Consent: Two or more relatives (acquaintances or friends are not acceptable, but must be within the sixth degree of blood kinship or the third degree of in-law kinship)
2. Steps to complete registration
1. Call the Nishinomiya Educational Affairs Division, Body Donation Section. (Please call in person.)
2. A booklet about body donation and a body donation registration application form will be delivered to your home.
3. Read the booklet carefully and discuss it with your relatives.
4. Fill out and sign the body donation registration application form and return it.
5. You will receive a donation registration certificate at a later date (registration complete).
