"Have you given up, thinking that your shortness of breath is due to age?"
Min Kyung-dook, Department of Cardiology, Hyogo Medical University Hospital
<Instructor's comment>
We live in an age where we can live to be 100 years old. Small exercises or tasks that we used to be able to do without difficulty now leave us out of breath, and we take a break halfway up the stairs, sighing and wishing we didn't get any older...isn't that the same for you? However, recent research has shown that there are more treatable diseases lurking behind this shortness of breath than we thought. Correct treatment starts with a correct diagnosis! Let's learn together about what types of shortness of breath are treatable and what treatments are available.

Have you noticed anything like this lately: "I'm looking for more things," "I can't remember what I just asked," or "Doing anything is becoming a hassle."
Have you just dismissed it as "I'm getting older, so it can't be helped"? When you think you may be starting to forget things, it's a good opportunity to learn the correct information about forgetfulness and think about what you can do now. On the day, we will introduce you to the symptoms that will appear as your forgetfulness progresses, and what preparations you will need to make in the future.

"HIV Infection" - Messages you should know
Akihiro Sawada, Department of Hematology, Hyogo Medical University Hospital Medicine
<Instructor's comment>
Nearly 40 years have passed since the first HIV-positive case was reported in Japan in 1985. During that time, there have been great advances in HIV treatment. However, in recent years, reports in the mass media have faded and HIV infection is rarely seen. With the hope of preventing, even just a little, a decline in awareness of preventing the spread of HIV infection due to misunderstandings that remain due to a lack of updated information and a fading of interest, we would like to convey the message that people of all ages should know now and spread it to everyone.
