「2024年度 兵庫医科大学 入学式」を挙行

On April 5, 2024, the 2024 Hyogo Medical University Entrance Ceremony was held at the Portopia Hall in the Kobe Portopia Hotel.
112 from School of Medicine, 122 from the Faculty of Pharmacy, 104 from the Faculty of Nursing, 85 from the Faculty of Rehabilitation, and 4 from the Graduate Graduate School of Pharmacy.
A total of 444 new students, including 8 Graduate School of Nursing and 9 Graduate School of Rehabilitation Science, gathered together.
Representatives of new students from each faculty and graduate school submitted their admission oath to President Suzuki.

In his speech, President Keiichiro Suzuki said,
"Congratulations on your admission. During your time at university, first have a dream about the kind of doctor, pharmacist, nurse, physical therapist, or occupational therapist you want to become. Then, imagine yourself working in the field, and approach your basic studies with a purpose.
The second key to living a happy life as a medical professional is to strive to be a professional with an altruistic heart. Altruism, which means seeing a patient recover from an illness brings you joy, is an important quality and skill for a medical professional. Furthermore, in order to help these patients return to society, multidisciplinary collaboration and "research to cure incurable diseases," which our university is focusing on, are necessary. Our ultimate goal is to "EMPOWER THE PEOPLE," which is connected to our founding spirit of "contributing to the welfare of society."
In addition, please work hard in club activities, international exchange, the university festival, volunteering, and more, and lead a fun and fulfilling student life with dreams for the future."
He offered his congratulations to the new students, who then began their new lives as students Hyogo Medical University.
