We held a recruitment information session and roundtable discussion for secretariat staff (for new graduates in 2025)

On Monday, December 18, 2023, we held a recruitment briefing for secretariat staff (for new graduates in 2025).
At this information session, we explained the history and founding principles of the corporation, as well as spoke about the duties of administrative staff and the rewards of working at the corporation. We also held a roundtable discussion with young staff members in their first to third years with experience in the university and hospital departments. During the discussion, participants shared real information from each field, and asked a wide range of questions, including about the careers they envision and how to approach job hunting.
Finally, we provided the students with an opportunity to tour the Acute Care Center, which consolidates acute care facilities such as the Surgery Center and Intensive Care Center. By giving them direct access to the medical field, we were able to convey the importance of the work of our university's administrative staff.

The university plans to hold online information sessions from January 2024 onwards, and will also launch a special website for recruiting administrative staff around March.
