About the 2023 Kobe Campus University Festival, Kaikyosai

Hyogo Medical University Kobe Campus' university festival, "Umi Fukuro Festival," will be held on Saturday, October 28th and Sunday, October 29th.
The Umi-Owl Festival is the 15th annual university festival, named after the university's location facing the sea and the fact that many of the campus's objets d'art feature owls. This will be the first regular festival in three years, but the theme has been chosen as "Re:Start - A New Moment" to continue the tradition of the previous Umi-Owl Festival and to create a new tradition.
The main stage will feature performances by clubs and circles, as well as hero shows. There will also be mystery solving games and food stalls. The general public, high school students, and local residents are all welcome to come along.
