"2023 Hyogo Medical University White Coat Ceremony" held

On October 11, 2023, the 2023 Hyogo Medical University White Coat Ceremony was held at the Hyogo Medical University Heisei Memorial Hall.

The award ceremony was held for 107 fourth-year students, and began with an opening address by Dean Hirota, followed by greetings from School of Medicine President Suzuki and Hospital Director Sakagami.

Afterwards, the students received white coats bearing the new Hyogo Medical University of Medicine logo and the Ryokujukai logo from 12 faculty members, and together with representative Yuto Matsubara, they recited the Hippocratic Oath, raising their awareness of becoming a doctor.

Finally, Director Education and Training Center for Students and Professionals in Healthcare Ikeuchi, gave the closing remarks.
The students will undergo an orientation clinical training session starting on October 23rd before beginning their clinical training in November.
