Regarding requests for concurrent employment
Faculty and staff members of the Hyogo Medical University College of Medicine, except for part-time staff members, may not engage in work (concurrent work) outside of their duties at the corporation unless they receive permission from Chair of the Board of Trustees of Hyogo Medical University, in accordance with the provisions of the Hyogo College of Medicine Concurrent Work Regulations.
In principle, the person engaging in a part-time job must obtain permission from the head of their department to make the declaration; however, we will only accept applications on behalf of others if the requester and the person planning to engage in the part-time job have confirmed that the request falls within the scope stipulated in the Hyogo Medical University College of Medicine Part-time Job Regulations and both parties have given their consent.
Regarding application for concurrent employment
Please apply using the form below to start, change, or cancel your part-time job.
There is no need to send a written document (such as a letter of appointment) to the corporation when making a request. After confirming the application details with the part-time worker, please apply using the web form below.
Reporting of concurrent work results
In order to ensure the safety of employees, if you actually work a second job, you are required to report it in the attendance management system (Dr.joy). In addition, faculty and staff who are not eligible to use Dr.joy are required to report it using the following second job report form.
If a student engages in a second job without permission or in a manner that violates Hyogo Medical University 's Secondary Job Regulations, the student will be dealt with in accordance with the corporation's respective work regulations.
